QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Q: A friend rented moon bounce cheaper than yours and the children didn't play on it but for a few hours, So Im not sure I would get my monies worth renting it.
A: We have heard this over and over, however NOT one person can say that about our moon bounce, but what they do say is that the kids wouldn't get off it nor did the kids bother them the entire time of the party so they were able to also enjoy their guest and it was soooo worth the money.Don't forget we also have families and we try to build our business around families.
Q: So many children are on your units do you clean them before my children get in?
A: Yes, we clean them, however if we get to your location and we have to prep your yard to lay the moon bounce for your party that will take from the cleaning time. we suggest you be ready for us to set up and where we don't have to clean your yard or move things around.
Q: What if Im over the 15 miles can I still get a moon bounce?
A: Yes, however there is a $2.00 per mile fee "one way" over 15 miles from zip code 20707.
Q: How many children can fit in the moon bounce?
A: It depends; the unit holds a maximum of 500 lbs throughout the unit.
Q: What if it rains?
A: The unit will be fine, our units can be used wet or dry. Be sure to cover/protect the "electrical" blower.
Q: What if it's to hot outside, can the children still bounce?
A: Yes, our slides can be used wet or dry
Q: There will be older children at the party. Can they get in the moon bounce?
A: Yes, they can get in. Again, the moon bounce combo unit holds up to 500 lbs.
Q: Can we have toys in the moon bounce?
A:We suggest to only use soft toys. So, the toys will not damage the unit.
Q: What if I booked a party and forgot to cancel do I lose my coupon deal?
A: We ask that you give us a 48 hour notice to cancel to avoid losing your coupon deal. Your event will still count as a rental for that day if the rental is not canceled...UNLESS Bounce Fest cancels your event due to the weather. NO UNITS will go out if high winds, heavy rain or snow.
Q: What happens if I have the moon bounce and it starts to rain later in the day; can I reschedule?
A: Once the moon bounce goes out to be delivered or a 48 hour cancelation is not received, that WILL count as your day rental which at that time, you may reschedule. You will be charged for another rental day.
Q: Do Adults rent moon bounces for Adult parties?
A: Yes, Anyone can rent our products again the unit holds up to 500 pounds max.
Example you may have two adults in the house area both at 140 pounds and another person coming down the slide at 140 pounds; giving you a total weight of 420 pounds on the unit.
